Abstract
We present PvGAP, a globally-applicable, highly-multiplexed microhaplotype amplicon panel for Plasmodium vivax malaria surveillance. This tool enables high-resolution genetic tracking of malaria parasites for epidemiological monitoring and intervention assessment.
